Board Member Declarations of Interest
Octavia is committed to openness and transparency in its work and decision making. As part of this commitment, we collect information on potential and actual conflicts of interest of board and committee members on annual basis. It is incumbent upon Board members to update their declaration if their situation changes during that year. ‘Declaration of Interest’ is a standard agenda item at all Octavia Board and Committee meetings.
In accordance with the NHF Code of Governance 2020, we publish our conflicts of interest schedule for all board members and committee members annually.
