Customer care

Octavia aims to be reliable responsive and respectful in everything that we do. We put people first and invest in training our staff to appreciate and deliver good customer care.

All of our staff complete training in customer care and we encourage employees to highlight good customer service and examples of times when we did not do so well, so that we can all learn from these experiences.

We regularly ask residents for feedback about how satisfied they are with their interactions with us and use this information to continually improve our services.
