Providing care

Octavia provides a wide range of not for profit care and support services that help older and vulnerable adults living in west and central London to stay as active and independent as possible.

Our services are flexible – we work with each person to create a personalised support package that meets their exact needs. Our focus is on the individual, combining compassion and skill to help every person who we provide care services to, to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.

The support we can offer covers everything from 24 hour warden assisted housing to hands-on help with everyday tasks and improving social activity by getting more involved in community life.

We provide support to tenants living in our general needs housing through our floating support service, and to tenants and others living in the local area through our outreach service and our day care and activity centres.

We also offer housing with different levels of care and support through our extra care housing, sheltered housing and supported housing developments and are particularly well known for the work we do with those experiencing dementia, mental health issues or those who have complex care needs.
