Aster House North Wharf Gardens, W2

Octavia have been successful in securing new affordable homes within a number of the residential led redevelopment projects around the Paddington Basin of the Grand Union Canal. Aster House is a building of 64 new affordable homes within the North Wharf Gardens development which included the creation of a new parkland area. There are 37 Affordable Rented homes and 27 Shared Ownership homes in the building. The scheme is well located for access to the many local facilities and for public transport.
