Elizabeth House

This site was acquired by Octavia as an occupied development and leases were allowed to run to expiration.

Built on a site which formerly housed a 1960s residential building, with a petrol station and offices to the front, Elizabeth House actively contributes to the regeneration of the local area and provides a high quality building which fits in with whilst improving the locality.

The design complements local architecture and materials have been chosen for their aesthetic quality, as well as their maintenance, heat and energy efficiency, whilst exteriors are finished in complementing buff, taupe and green cladding.

Floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood in the homes and all apartments have balconies, many of which have spectacular views across the capital.

In addition, residents have access to extensive communal outdoor space, including roof terraces featuring glass balustrades and children’s play areas located in both the rear communal garden and second floor roof terrace.

During construction, we had a permanent time-lapse photography streamed on our website to keep local residents up to date with progress
