We are currently seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to play a key role within the Home Ownership team at Octavia. With a thorough understanding and experience of delivering shared ownership sales you will take the lead role in generating sales across a variety of sites. Working with the Head of Sales you will assist with marketing and selling of our shared ownership homes. You will ensure sales are monitored, reported on and targets are achieved. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential sales, and a sound knowledge of the property conveyance process. You will also have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills. You will develop and deliver an effective customer orientated service which supports purchasers throughout the buying process. You will ensure that excellent customer service is at the heart of all you do. You will be involved from the initial release of our developments to sale completion. This will include actively executing sales and marketing strategies in order to generate leads, qualify applicants, organise viewings, co-ordinating sales progression and paperwork. Your attention to detail will help to ensure your sales files are compliant and audit ready. It is essential that you can work both independently and as part of a team, and be confident when dealing with people at all levels face to face, over the telephone and in writing. You will maintain good working relationships with service departments and support them during the annual rent and service charge budget setting process. You will resolve any queries arising regarding service charges from within the business and provide timely and accurate advice.
