The Octavia Foundation is a registered charity that supports people in central and west London affected by ill health, social isolation, low income or unemployment. We help over 2,000 people each year, caring for older people through befriending and social activities and supporting young people through inspirational projects and outreach work. We are looking for a driver for a 6 month fixed term contract to provide an efficient delivery and collection service to our charity shops across west London and assist the Area Manager in the setting up and closing of charity shops. You will have excellent team working and communication skills as well as good knowledge of London driving routes particularly in west, north west, south west and central London. Key responsibilities include: Provide high quality, customer focussed finance partnering service to the Development, Asset Management and Sales teams for all property related activity. Provide comprehensive financial information and reporting for all property related activities, working closely with client groups to ensure project/contract costs and property sales are accurately monitored, challenging client groups to deliver a cost-effective value for money service. Support client groups with financial decision making, financial oversight of development and capital projects, including investment appraisal techniques and regular reporting of new and existing capital projects. Working in the Finance Transformation Team, we seek a proactive and dynamic Projects and Reporting Manager that will lead or provide support on a change projects and reporting for the Finance Team and the wider organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, the successful candidate will be required to be an engaging and customer-focused project management and deliver impactful reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include: Lead projects for the implementation of projects by liaising with internal customers and supplier contacts. This would include managing continuous improvement projects, consulting on or supporting projects. Lead the design and production of monthly KPI management reporting, which includes Finance related performance across the organisation. Explore and research strategic options, providing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement projects and working closely with senior stakeholders. Support the design and procurement of projects and manage the implementation of new processes and technology.
