The Sheltered Housing Services Team Leader leads an enhanced housing management service to our residents living in sheltered and dedicated housing for older people that supports people to live independently in their homes. As Team Leader you will manage a small team to deliver an on-site service to ensure all key operational targets are met that include safety, security, void and tenancy management. The successful candidate for this role will have experience in a similar customer focused role within a supported/sheltered housing environment so will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of enhanced housing management, promoting independence and developing support networks. You will have excellent leadership skills with previous experience of managing teams and developing and delivering services to meet resident needs. You will ideally have a relevant qualification in housing, social care and/or management. Due to the nature of the role you will need to flexible to meet the requirements of the centre.
