Head of Retail
Closing date: 21/01/2021Location: West LondonSalary: £50,000Reference: OCTPQ575300We are looking for an experienced and successful charity retail leader who has a passion for retail and the ambition to successfully drive the Octavia shops operation forwards. We have recently unveiled our new look and branding for our shops and have created the new and exciting role of Head of Retail. Our shops are based throughout central and west London and are home to an eclectic assortment of high quality donated goods, all raising valuable funds to support our work in the community. Care and Support Workers

Community Shop Manager

We have recently unveiled our new look and branding for our shops with the opening of our Golborne road shop. Our flag ship shop is situated in the heart of Knightsbridge. Our shops are based throughout central and west London. These shops are home to an eclectic assortment of high quality donated and raise valuable funds to support our work in the community. About you You will be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills. Passionate about retail and sustainable fashion, have strong commercial awareness with a track record of increasing and sustaining sales. love working with volunteers. Actively recruiting new volunteers and coaching and developing existing team. To make a difference in the community proactively build relationships within the local area. The ability to inspire others through outstanding leadership skills to motivate others and achieve goals is key to this role.
