About us Octavia, winner of Great British Care Employer of the year Award 2017, have been improving lives in London for over 150 years. Our seven extra care schemes are well located in North Kensington, Westminster and Hounslow to provide modern accessible homes for 179 local older people, who have a range of physical and mental health needs. Majority of our services have been rated consistently ‘Good’ by CQC, with one recently awarded ‘Outstanding’ for responsiveness. Our rates start at £10.55 per hour (day) and £10.74 (waking night) About you We have opportunities for Care and Support workers with an awareness of the needs of older people with physical and mental health needs, who will be able to work as part of a 7 day weekly rota to meet these needs.
