I love the underlying community focus at Octavia

I have been Resident Involvement Manager at Octavia for 2 years now. I make sure that residents can feedback and influence the quality and delivery of the services they receive. I enjoy being able to meet a wide range of residents and getting to see the different schemes we manage. It’s a great feeling to be able to listen to resident’s issues and being in a position to be able to do something about it whilst collaborating with good colleagues.

I love the underlying community focus at Octavia. It is a great place to work, I feel very comfortable here, everyone is so friendly and there is a really inclusive culture.
