Grenfell – never forgotten

This weekend marks the 8th anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire.

The community will once again be coming together to remember those who died and offer support to their family and friends.

As in previous years, commemorations for the anniversary will be community-led.

Grenfell Tower is due to be illuminated in green over the weekend with beams of light commemorating the 72 people who died.

Grenfell United is inviting the public to join the ‘Silent Walk for the 8th Anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire’ on Saturday 14 June. The walk starts at Notting Hill Methodist Church at 6pm and participants are asked to wear green.
