Following the successful acquisition of St Michaels Road, Octavia went on to agree terms to acquire a further Thames Water Utilities site.
The site on Olive Road was acquired as an occupied and operational site with vacant possession set to take place some 12 months after the site was purchased.
A planning consent has been granted for 38 unit residential scheme made up of 24 homes for private sale as well as 6 houses and 8 flats for rent and shared ownership.
The site on Olive Road backs onto the popular and pleasant Gladstone Park. The estate will include its own informal play area as well as a small wildlife zone.
The large family sized villas type properties will have spectacular views over Gladstone Park and the development in its entirety will have views of the listed pump house which dates back to the beginning of the twentieth century.
The scheme completed September 2017.
