We're building more affordable homes in Ealing

Octavia has signed a contract with Telereal Trilium to build 36 new homes in the London Borough of Ealing through 127 West Ealing - a mixed tenure development delivering 19 London Affordable Rent and 17 Shared Ownership properties.

127 West Ealing delivers over 50% of the affordable homes for rent and nominations will be received from the London Borough of Ealing’s waiting list. The scheme will be the second in the area following the success of our Witley Wharf development in Southall.

The development is very well-connected, located 3-minutes’ walk from West Ealing station, with easy access to Paddington in just 12 minutes and the tube network from Ealing Broadway. The Elizabeth Line will stop at West Ealing station once operational and will offer exceptional travel times of 15 minutes to Bond Street, 20 minutes to the City of London and just 13 minutes to Heathrow Airport.
